El Mudito

“El Mudito” is a little story illustrated for a local contest in Cuenca, Ecuador. Is about a man who was well known in the neighborhood as a milk deliverer, he was dumb and a little bit crazy. In his free time, he used to collect little pieces of a blue-colored soap called “Alex Soap” which was used in most houses at that time. When he died the neighbors found lots of money mixed with soap hidden under the wood floor and bottles full oil in the room that he was renting. Based on a true story.
